About the Farm
Samba Reserve is produced by selected growers in Carmo de Minas, southern Minas Gerais, Brazil. Grown between 1,000–1,300 masl, the region’s warm days and steady climate are well suited to natural processing.
Cherries are carefully hand-picked, density sorted using traditional lavador systems, then dried on patios before being finished in mechanical dryers to ensure stability and sweetness.
About the Coffee
