A bundle of our two house blends for the long weekend.
Low Tide and High Tide are built differently, but both are designed to be approachable, balanced and easy to return to. Low Tide leans softer and more chocolate-forward, while High Tide brings a little more fruit and brightness to the cup.
Together, they make a good way to experience both sides of our blend offering.
Low Tide
Low Tide is built on balance and comfort — a 50/50 blend of naturally processed coffee from Brazil and washed Caturra from Peru. It’s structured for milk but holds its own without it, delivering notes of chocolate, roasted nuts, and toffee.
This is our most grounded profile. A blend designed to be consistent, approachable, and comforting, especially as a flat white.
High Tide
High Tide is a 50/50 blend of washed coffees from Peru and Colombia. It’s structured and bright, with a refined sweetness and notes of honey, stewed apple and bramble.
Designed to offer balance with brightness, High Tide brings clarity and energy to black brews, while still holding depth in milk.
