About the Farm
Leoncio is part of the Attia (Guayabos Café Agrario) association, a group of small producers working with Siruma to improve quality, processing and direct market access. Through careful selection, fair pay for pickers and meticulous processing, Las Brisas continues to produce clean, expressive coffees that reflect the high altitude and cool climate of Ortega.
About the Coffee
From the Las Brisas farm in Ortega, Tolima, this lot comes from Leoncio Maceto, a second-generation grower farming at 1,860m in the Alto Guayabos area. The coffee is fully washed, with careful hand-picking and slow, even drying in parabolic solar dryers to preserve clarity and sweetness.
In the cup, expect a sweet and bright, profile with notes of, dark chocolate, molasses and pomegranate.
